Return & Refund Policy – Ratlam’s Heritage

At Ratlam’s Heritage, we take pride in delivering fresh and high-quality snacks. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow a strict return and refund policy.

1. No Return Policy

All food products (including Ratlami Sev, Laung Sev, Mixtures, etc.) are non-returnable once delivered. We do not accept returns due to taste preferences or change of mind.

2. Damaged or Wrong Product

We offer replacement or refund only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The packaging was tampered with

📌 Important:
You must record an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.

3. Timeframe to Report Issues

  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Email us at: ratlamsheritage@gmail.com
  • Include:
    • Order ID
    • Photos/videos of the product
    • Description of the issue

4. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method

5. Replacement Policy

  • In case of valid claims, we do not offer exchanges. However, in case of approved defective or damaged products, we may provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
  • Replacement delivery time depends on your location

6. Non-Eligible Cases

We do NOT provide refunds/replacements for:

  • Slight variation in taste, texture, or spice level
  • Delay caused by courier partners
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only within 2 hours of placing the order
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible
