Ratlam’s Heritage is an Indian eCommerce brand selling traditional namkeen and snack products, including Ratlami Sev, online across India.

2. Eligibility

We make every effort to display our products, including descriptions, weights, and pricing, as accurately as possible. However:
- Slight variations in colour, packaging, or appearance may occur due to photography and screen display differences.
- All our products are freshly prepared in small batches; minor variations in taste or texture between batches are natural and not considered defects.
- Nutritional information provided is approximate and based on standard recipe formulations.
- We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product, including its recipe, packaging, or pricing, at any time without prior notice.
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
- We accept payment via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD), where available.
- In the event of a pricing error on the Site, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, and will notify you and offer a refund if payment has already been made.
5. Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS/WhatsApp. This confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order – it is an acknowledgement that we have received it. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors.
6. Shipping and Delivery
- We currently offer Pan India delivery through our logistics partners.
- Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and on our Shipping Policy page, but actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather, or regional restrictions.
- Free shipping is available on orders above ₹360 (or the threshold displayed at checkout). Orders below this amount may incur a shipping charge.
- Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

As a general principle, because our products are food items:
- Orders can typically be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
- Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method within the timeframe specified in our Return & Refund Policy.
8. User Accounts
If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we suspect are being used fraudulently.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

- Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without our permission
- Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews or content

11. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Indian consumer protection law.

Our products are manufactured in a facility that processes peanuts, gluten, and other allergens. Please refer to the ingredients list on each product page and packaging before consumption. 13. Reviews and User-Generated Content
