Why Ratlami sev
is not just sev.
Every sev is besan and oil. What Ratlam changed is the spice going into the dough rather than onto the finished strand — which is why the flavour survives a month in the pouch.

Our roots
Ratlam is 200 km of Malwa and one very specific sev.
The palace arcade on our pouch is Ratlam's. The clove in the dough is why the city's sev travels in every suitcase leaving it. We are a family kitchen putting that on a website rather than a railway platform.

In their words
The Laung Sev has that exact bold Ratlami flavour — fully spicy with a hint of clove. Reminded me of the snacks I used to bring back from Ratlam. Super crunchy and fresh.
Yeh Lasan Sev seriously next level hai! Garlic ka taste bilkul strong aur authentic hai, aur bilkul oily bhi nahi lagta. Ek baar start karo toh rukna mushkil hai.
