Approve the insert
We send a proof of the printed card, with your logo on it if you want one. Nothing goes to print until you say so.

Everything is fried to the order rather than pulled off a shelf. You get one tracking reference for the consignment.

What is the minimum order?
15 boxes. Below that, the hand-packing and the print run cost more to set up than the order earns, so we would rather say no than quote badly.
Can you print our company logo on the box?
Your logo goes on the printed insert card inside the box, from 15 boxes — the same minimum as a plain order, with nothing extra to unlock. The box itself is plain white; the card and the seal carry the branding.
Do you provide a GST invoice?
Yes. We are GST registered, and every corporate order is invoiced with GST shown separately so your input credit is not affected.
How long does it take?
7 working days from a confirmed order to dispatch, then 2–5 days in transit depending on the city. Tell us the date you need them by and we will tell you honestly whether we can hold it.
Can we send boxes to several addresses?
Yes. Send the list as a spreadsheet and we ship to each address individually. Per-shipment courier cost is quoted on top, and the lead time is unchanged.
What is actually in the box?
Sealed pouches of Ratlami Laung Sev and Lasan Sev, fried in Ratlam for the order, in a white gift box with a printed insert and a seal. The mix and the pack sizes are yours to choose.
How long does the sev keep?
Sealed pouches hold for about three months. Because everything is fried to the order rather than stocked, the boxes reach the recipient within days of being made.
Can we taste it before ordering?
Yes, and you should. Ask for samples with your enquiry — nobody should commit a Diwali list to a snack they have not tried.
